Night Force Tunnel Rat
Fresh off the recent release of Tunnel Rat, the GI Joe team follows right up with an instant repaint in the form of Night Force Tunnel Rat! As we predicted, the leaked list from our friend G.I. ShArK, called for a Chekhov NF Redeco which turns out to be none other than Night Force Tunnel Rat!

Released in 1988, Night Force Tunnel Rat came packed with Psyche Out on a double figure card.
GI Joe Night Force Tunnel Rat is a member of the GI Joe team, a group of highly skilled soldiers dedicated to protecting the world from the forces of Cobra, an evil terrorist organization. Tunnel Rat’s real name is Nicky Lee, and he hails from Brooklyn, New York.
Tunnel Rat is known for his skill in underground operations and his expertise in demolitions and explosives. He is a compact and agile soldier who excels in navigating tight spaces, making him well-suited for tunnel exploration and combat. He often carries a backpack filled with various devices and cutting-edge tools to aid him in his missions.
Night Force Tunnel Rat is part of the Night Force sub-team, which is a specialized division of the GI Joe team known for their nighttime operations. Also to be expected, as part of Walmart Collector Con, is Night Force Parth Wolf Spider Varma! Here are the official images of this new Night Force. He is 109 in the series and it’s amazing that the Joe team is building out the Night Force faction with the never before seen characters.

The dio shots are always amazing! We can see the Wolf Spider holding his helmet and rifle! It’s a cool scene to see him hanging out doing some covert ops!
You have a lot of display options for this figure as he comes with an array of headgear.
We already have gotten in hand images of this figure that just snuck up on us all! On August 30, 2023, Marc Wang posted some in hand images of the unannounced Night Force Parth Wolf Spider Varma GI Joe Classified Series figure. Since Night Force figures are Walmart Exclusives, we could see this figure go up for preorder!
Taking a look at the sides of the box, he is 109 in the series and he has an illustration of his head and upper body on the side of the box
This figure looks stunning and the night force paint app is off the charts fantastic! He comes in a black and dark green uniform with splashes of yellow/orange deco on this web gear.
You can give this figure a variety of looks with the headgear options and the helmet looks absolutely stunning! Also, you can see the spider patch on the left arm, which ties in nicely with the character name!
Night Force Parth Wolf Spider Box Reveal and News
We’ve known for quite some time that there will be a new Night Force G Joe Classified Series character added to the ranks! Thanks to surveillance_port via via @beesbattlegroundscomes our first look at a new Night Force character, Parth “Wolf Spider” Varma! We are treating this as rumor until the Joe team officially announces the figure but this one looks legit. Also, thanks to thanks to@yak_facefor decoding the codename “Tennyson” from the list of upcoming figures! This is definitely in the rumor category as none of this information has been verified, but if it turns out to be true, then we have a cool new figure for GI Joe Classified Night Force faction. Now of course some of these are code names, so as we crack the code, we will be sure to update you on the decoded names! Thanks again to our friend G.I. Shadow Tracker In Hand Images
We wanted to send a special thanks to ChazTheGuru, BrettlyBrett and for ReturnoftheNerdStarWars for posting in hand images of Shadow Tracker. It’s great to see the box art for Shadow Tracker and the actual figure since we’ve only seen digital renders thus far! We can see the box art features Shadow Tracker’s face and necklace and he posed with his compound bow on the front of the box. On the back of the box, we can the full figure with some close ups of his shoulder armor and belt detail.
On the side of the box we can see a larger image of shadow tracker, which is the image from the front of the box. He is number 108 for you in box collectors!
Shadow Tracker Figure
Shadow Tracker comes in the GI Joe Classified Series windowless display box with a gaggle of amazing weapons, accessories and face plates to change up his look.
Shadow Tracker’s outfit is very unique in coloring and design. From the back you can see his kama sweeping over his left leg.
His yellow face mask looks amazing and it looks like Hasbro is moving in the direction of using face plates, instead of extra head sculpts where this makes sense. We also see a face mask used in the official images for the Crimson Baroness in the Hasbro Pulse Con 2023 exclusive figures.
He can stow his bow on his back to give him a more geared up, on the hunt look and feel.
Looking at the other faceplates, the darker green and the skull faceplates look amazing on the figure! The color scheme of the figure is a darker green torso with a lighter green on the lower torso, which lends himself to hiding in plain sight as the figure will blend in very nicely in a jungle setting.
Shadow Tracker Digital Render Reveal
Shadow Tracker came from the GI Joe Pursuit of Cobra line in 2011 and he is a rather odd character choice but if his Classified Series sculpt is anything like his figure, he will be the most unique one on the line! His bio reads:
SHADOW TRACKERworks for COBRA as a wilderness hunter and guide. Scorning conventional firearms, he uses traditional weapons from around the world. He tracks his prey using primal instinct: He hears the dark whispers of the jungle, senses distant footfalls in the earth and tastes his victim’s fear in the wind.
