The tea there is actually a raspberry/peach tea but usually just say peach tea since that's what people know it by. They use a syrup that you can buy for $7 at the restaurant that lasts forever ! Well worth it.

Two questions: 1: what kind of tea bags? and 2: is it possible to use frozen peaches when peaches aren't in season? Thanks!

    • Robin Gagnon says

Yes, frozen peaches are fine and standard black tea bags.

Why not give it a whirl... though, I would try the jarred peaches instead of canned. Those always taste "tinny" to me.

I think they would work just fine, and this time of year the quality of fresh isn't so hot... at least on my area.

I worked for Olive Garde. All you have to do is buy Monin brand peach raspberry syrup. And pour the whole bottle into 3 gallons of peach tea. Then put frozen peaches in there. That's it. The syrup has sugar in it.

Very easy and definitely good. I also drained the peaches after cooking and warmed them later. We used them on fresh biscuits as a jam. Soooo good. The tea is so refreshing.
